An open letter...
As everyone knows, New Orleans has been devastated by Hurricane Katrina. Also, as everyone knows, the U.S. government and military took their sweet time in offering aid and assisting the people in New Orleans, as well as many of the surrounding communities. Hell, Canadian military beat the U.S. military to some of the cities that were affected by DAYS, and were praised by many as to their response time.
But the best reaction to it is the sarcastic tone by none other than Michael Moore, who wrote an open letter to President George W. Bush:
