So, I woke up this morning at 7am. I didn't go to sleep until about 4am. Why did I wake up so early, you ask?
TO GET TWO FUCKING SHOTS >.< =_= >.<
Okay, the real reason was to get a physical for my internship. But I ended up getting a HepB vaccine and Tetanus shot. Alright, they really didn't hurt all that much, but damnit I hate needles. A lot.
It was kind of funny actually. A newer nurse wanted to watch another nurse give the shots so they were talking to each other and I was trying to pay attention to anything but the needles. Well, she raised my sleeve and put the alcohol pad against my skin and I jumped three or four inches out of my skin. They both laughed a little and I turned red.
It really didn't hurt, but I've had bad experiences with doctors and needles and all that. Ugh. My left arm (tetanus arm) is sore.
Oh well, one less obstacle in the way to New York. Now all I need to do is get my Lifeguard and First Aid certifications, which hopefully I can do there.
