Just got a text from Housemate 1 - who left this morning without saying goodbye.
She had just texted me:
"I borrowing the frying pan last night, Irritating Friend #2 will bring it round tomorrow, & I said she could crash over if thats ok wid u? She has my keys & is gunna leave them on the kitchen side, i will pick them up when i move in."
Problem the 1st - she has given my frying pan to a girl I not only barely know, but have no wish to get to know any more closely, as she is a girl who says 'OMG' in general conversation and finds the idea that she is shallow as a puddle utterly hilarious. I don't mind my kitchen stuff being used, in the kitchen. I object to my stuff being loaned to other people without my permission, to be taken out of the house. Particularly when I don't even know, never mind like or trust, the person it is being loaned to.
Problem the 2nd - she has only just texted me to let me know that this girl is staying over tomorrow night, without asking me. Because if she had asked me, she would have then found out that I am going home tomorrow night, so this girl will be here on her own. Again, I don't know this girl, all my stuff, unlike Housemate 1's, is in this flat. None of her's is. And I don't have a lock on my door. Now, I will admit that my boyfriend has been staying here with me over the holidays, however Housemate 1 was part of the friendship group where my boyfriend and I met, before we got together. Housemate 1 has known my boyfriend for two years, and is friends with him. And, as I have said before, none of her stuff is here.
Problem the 3rd - I was awake when they came in last night, when irritating friend #2 left and after Housemate 1 and irritating friend #1 went to bed. Why couldn't she ask me this last night instead of waiting until five hours after she had left the city to text me this??
