so we found another place in escape. we fell in love again. and it was a straight sale for 99k. we made our first offer of 90k w/ 6% back.. later that day, someone came along and offered more than asking. we're willing to negotiate but corey is really heart broken. he WANTS that place. That floor plan. the place was way nicer than the last. and i could walk to nova. now we'll see what happens cause we haven't heard anything yet. the owners are thinking of jacking the price because they got hit so quick. we'll see.
It just seems so impossible to find something. I mean the market is good but there are sharks out there. jeesh.
