Hummmmmm
I have been so busy lately. I'm pushing 40 hours a week.. I'm having to leave early so I don't get overtime. Pcat is august 23, pharmcas is almost done, school is august 18 and I gotta start buying my books online. What else! So my credit card is racked. Plus corey and I have been buying groceries so we've been eating and spending smarter. I also just purchased health insurance, which is a very nice feeling. It went into effect today, actually. I got a manageable plan. It's a $5 million health insurance but a 2500 deductible. It's not too bad. Granted, a 2500 hospital deductible isn't nice, but I'm only having to use that deductible if I go to the hospital. God forbid, but if I have to stay over night, 2500 is nothing compared to a 10,000+ bill, you know? And it's nice to know that I don't have to sign up for medicaid. It works like a PPO. I'm just VERY thankful to God that I found an affordable plan through Aetna. At first I was only looking at blue cross and wouldn't look anywhere else because my moms insurance through them was awesome, but BCBS wanted like $188/mo and that was so unaffordable, a high deductible and high copays for dr visits! I finally opened my mind and checked everywhere that I'm familiar with from the pharmacy.. And Aetna worked! At least I have a $30 copay to a physician and $40 for a specialist and $0 for my annual. All in all, I'm very happy! :)
Well it looks like a huge storm is coming, I have to get to coreys before he trips out on me. We're making mac n cheese and hot dogs tonight. probably the weirdest meal we've eaten yet. Ugh and this weekend we're going to the keys. BLAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I think this visit might be better because I wont be on my period but he wants to go jet skiing and parasailing .. I'm terrified of sharks but he loves the ocean. Last night he took me down to the pier on dania beach. It was nice ... watching all the whack jobs fishing at midnight. Then we got ice cream at none other than JAXSONS! Norman the doorman died. We were both sad because we both grew up going to jaxsons and he's worked there all our life and probably his life too. Very sad and its not the same at jaxsons =( But we can't get enough of the oreo ice cream. We'll probably go back tonight. We went the other night to walgreens at midnight for oreo ice cream cause we were both craving it... but its just not the same.
Anyways dads yelling to get on the computer to pay the phone bill. figures!
