Been a small while
Its been a while since I have updated and with good reason.
Truth be told not much has happened.
Been meeting up with my friend Sandeep, had a good day with her on friday when we walked around randomly to a lake nearby and made a detour to the botanical gardens here in brum, they are not bad actually good for a nice half our or so walk, nothing really exotic though on show, or atleast nothing exotic looking.
Been meeting up with Akira and Mihoko, Akira has been having major problems lately because he failed his two module resits so he is having to find other universities to goto. I personally hope he can just transfer course here and I'm guessing thats what his girlfriend Mihoko is thinking to since she will be still going to Birmingham if he moves. I have been helping them with email writing and stuff but all I can do is hope really that he can sort something out. He's a good mate and I will miss him if he ain't in brum no more.
Other than that been watching my Red Dwarf Dvd again and spending probably too much time in the computer cluster on the internet. Mostly out of boredom than anything else. Although it has been funky watching streamed versions of newsnight on the BBC website, I can't wait till question time and stuff are back in full run as well, then I will be in hog heaven.
I'm tempted to buy a game or two, although I think I might reserve my money for now till my student loan comes in, I'm fairly solvent its just this is the lowest its been for a while. Also gotta consider that my brothers birthday is coming this week so I don't wanna spend too much on games in one month.
Other than that not much happening, my flatmates will be coming the same weekend (this one coming) I will be in MK so I will miss the initial couple of days with them, a shame but I will survive hopefully.
Havent gotten much planned for my brothers birthday I think there may be an impromptu meal with, me, him and my sister, plus a takeaway probably on the sunday, we will have to see. My present pretty much stands at an unimaginative £30 lump sum, I have asked him if he wants a game but the ones he wants are not out for a couple of weeks yet. Still he says he will be happy with money so thats what it will probably be.
Nothing else planned, been trying to cut back on food a little, but with mixed success. Been real tired lately so I have been sleeping during the day which in turn has been screwing up my sleep pattern at night and I wake up late at mornings. I'll have to see if I can sort that out.
