(no subject)
Its been a week.....
I saw Rent last Monday (two days before it came out). It was IN-FUCKING-CREDABLE! lol. It started off kinda slow, but then got better. But i almost didnt get in....heres my story:
So in the beginning me and Bessie were suppose to go since she was the one who got me the ticket :). The day of, in Concert Choior she was having a mental breakdown and couldnt go that night, so she gave her ticket to Jamie (the Jr. Vocal Major, Ms. Maltez daughter). So i met up with her in Ctown and then we went to Harvard Sq where the movie was. As soon as we got there there were fucking HUNDREDS of people. the line to get into the door looped around the street and lasted about 2 streets long. It was insane. The people from the theatres were like, only the first 200 people can get in and we were at the back of the line. Jamie was determinded to get in, so she started to walk up to the front to cut in line. I stopped her and then started into the lobby. THEN....hehehe....i caught sight of the ticket booth and saw the show times for all for the other movies. We looked at each other, grinned and ran inside. Rent was being played next to Jarhead which was at the same time that Rent was. We bought tickets for Jarhead, ran up the stairs, and ran into the theatre were Rent was. We got kick ass seats and snuck it! IT WAS GREAT >:) Hehe!
ANYWAYS, I was suppose to go to Districts last Saturday....but overslept! lol. I dont think anyone cared so it was no biggie
Got my report card...i got Honor Roll Yay! I got an A in Concert Choir, B+ in Vocal and Seminar, B in Science, and a B- in Math. I easily could have gotten stright A's, but as always i dont do all of my homework. The thing that kinda pissed me off was that Mr. Rausch (my private lesson teach) said that i have only been to 2 of my private lessons! I went to 4, but still. The reason why i cant go sometimes is because i dont wanna get out of here at 4:30 when i should be out a 4. He is always late and i have things to do and dont want to be held back to do music. I will talk to Jones, but i was thrown off.
Oh, and i finally got an Appointment with Harriston! YAY! But its Dec 12. lol. Oh swell
