next time any of you eat at a restaurant that has waiters, when you leave a tip, speicify that you would like some of the tip to go to the dishwasher. they are the hardest working person at a restaurant, and their job is the most repetitive and physically demanding job there. they are often the most under-paid, unappreciated, and most crucial part to the restaurant chain.
