So I walk into my office today and the marketing dept. manager walks into my office here Mike do some stuff with these pictures...You are officially now Network Administrator/Asst. Graphic Design Artist. So...I quickly ask....This gonna get some additional money coming my way? My 90 days is on the 18th She said...We'll see about getting you 4-6 instead of 2 an hour...WOOT 16-18/hr kick ass...I wanted to hump her leg...
30 minutes later one of the regional managers comes in...Have you ordered phones for the Midwest City store yet? I say no...it's not opening till Novermber isn't it? Umm not anymore they are moving in weekend after next and opening that monday. WELL SHIT!!! I haven't run any cabling, phonelines, server...nothing..FUCK!!!! So now I feel fucking stretched thin as shit at work. On the other hand I can't wait for the McMahon performance cause I will own that video production like my name was Mike Spielberg. Ya'll will get your money's worth...If you want to see some foyer artwork go to www.myspace.com/damienfait and look in my latest blog on there...I think they's be crunk. Anyway today has been a stressful day....and the rest of October seems to be a handful....It's hard trying to keep perspective on the stuff that needs to be done and how to do it.
On a good note one of my best friends has returned from Iraq and will be home on Thursday. I cried after I got of the phone with him....I'm so glad he is back and safe....I've grown up with him since 2nd grade. So hopefully I can at least throw back a beer and listen to some stories and fuck the rest of the world for a bit to enjoy some friendship.
