so,

This is probably the most exhausted after a run that i've been. I had an extra few pounds on me though. I picked up my punching bag from Camila's so I could go on runs with it. SO, @ around 9:15-ish, i left. I felt so heavy. My everything hurts. THE STAIRS WERE THE WORST. But it felt SOOOO amazing to push myself all the way to the top. At the bottom of the steps, i started walking back home because I was tired, but I knew I would kick myself after. My legs were burning SOOOOO much, but I pushed through, and it was amazing.

Picture yourself carrying 75 pounds of dead-weight, and having 10 pounds of ankle weights, and then climb up the dundurn stairs, and you have part of my run. Not to mention, i ran/walked there. It was kinda 50/50. half running there, half walking. It felt great though. I feel amazing!!! I'm sooooo pumped for getting back into shape!
