Random entry , who knows how long cuz sometimes when I get started I never seem to stop ..... ok well lets see whats on my mind today.
Cooking , ... not sure what I will make but I have a pound of ground chuck I needed to cook before it went bad as well as 2 pounds of smoked sausage .... so I will probley make a good ol' fashioned cajun meal or some fucked up ghetto creation of my mind ..... I get these weird impulses sometimes , toss some random shit together and sometimes it's pretty damn nasty .... sometimes it's actually pretty good ..... example of the good would be the time I combined mac n' cheese w/ browned ground beef and english sweet peas and tossed it on top of a bed of ramen noodles without seasoning ..... cheap as hell but was actually fairly tasty ...... BUT since I have the creol seasoning and some good spices etc .... I'll make some good ass (and deeply spicy) cajun food.
Fairly happy with myself when it came to my smoking habits for the past few days , .... a pack I bought last Sunday just ran out today ..... so thats a week (well , ...almost) ..... and for a guy that used to smoke at least one pack a day I'm happy with it .....
I miss talking to my freinds , .... I talk to Yo on a near daily basis and it's great to talk to her (still am looking SO much to the trip in October....something new other than fucking Winder) .... but J is hardly never on anymore ..... and I have not really talked to Amber besides playing email tag in a very long time , but at last now I know she is not mad at me ..... so I give a big shout out (dam I feel dirty saying that ...so early 90's) to her ....
Well ...the Jambalaya is on now ...smells great , ...
I'm in a great mood today .... good music playing .... full of energy ....sleep well .....
All in all don't know what to talk about ...but I will continue ....
