Back from Denton.
Well, I'm back in Austin from Denton. It was interesting and I had a good time. Was nice to see everyone, and I was really happy to see Melissa again since it's been over a year. I realized while I was up there that I have to go visit much more often. Especially with the summer coming up!
I got my tax return and I think I've pretty much already spent most of it. I've been very productive, though. I paid all of my bills so I'm completely caught up. I've been wanting a new bed set since my old one from my grandmas is starting to look faded and.... yeah it's my grandmas and it's so not Becca. I looked around at a lot of places; Crate & Barrel, Linens-N-Things, BB&B... all looked like I'd be spending $300-$400 for the complete set. Screw that! So I went to the mall. Dilliard's bed sets are UGLY! I thought I wouldn't find anything at the mall but I decided to go into Foley's just to look at more than one store and judging every other one on that. And of course since I assumed I wouldn't, I find a really good deal on this beautiful bed set that had EVERYTHING in it. I paid for it what I would've paid anywhere else for just the comforter (and this set had the comforter, bed skirt, sheets, and 4 pillow shams!). So yeah, I'm probably a little too excited about that. I also went grocery shopping, yay for food! Before that though I went to Planet K and got some incense, a nifty zen tray and a pretty little glass piece. I've been all over the place today and it's just now 4 pm. I even rearranged my bedroom and cleaned some! I think I better slow down before I find myself in bed at 7pm.
