My pecs, quads, and ribs are soooo sore today.

Ok, it's not really that bad... but I didn't expect to even be sore. Lately I've been doing cardio every day and not doing any strength training... at all pretty much. Then I decided that since I haven't been producing much sweat, I should probably try to keep my heart below cardio level at least 2 days a week and do strength training to build more muscle. For some reason my brain thinks that's going to help my Small Intestine's function by tonifying Spleen (which really is probably being a drama queen and needs to be soothed). So we'll see if I finally start absorbing water instead of it going right through me. I noticed I've been retaining more since I started exercising more... but the no sweating is still bugging me. It's just... freaky.

I took my first final this morning, and if I did the math right then I made an 88.5, which I suppose isn't too bad. You can tell I kinda freak when it comes to written exams, because on the written part I missed like 9 questions, but then on the practical part I only missed 1 of the points. That's 1 final down and 5 or 6 to go. This is going to be a long next 7-8 days.
