Yay for breaks.
Well, today is the last day of my week break from school. It was nice while it lasted but like these things usually go, it didn't last near long enough. At least it was nice and sunny the first few days, I took Buddy and Chris to Bastrop State Park to go hiking and it was absolutely beautiful. I only wish we had decided to go earlier in the day so we could've hiked longer. It was still really nice though. I also managed to get some more beads and black hemp. I hadn't been doing as much hemp lately, mostly just beadwork but with the sun coming out for a few days last week it just reminded me so much of all the hemp tying I did last year. So yeah, hopefully soon I'll have enough stuff made to start a website or maybe an ebay store, haven't decided which yet.
After a few days of playing around in the parks and downtown I started to go into relax mode and pretty much stayed at home making jewelry and lounging (which I'm REALLY good at). Chris got a little mad at me yesterday because I guess I told him to go home so I could work on schoolwork a bit earlier than he was either hoping or expecting. I wouldn't say he was mad, probably just wanted to stay was all. I kinda understand considering we both don't really have any other friends and his homelife kinda sucks, and I feel kinda bad for sending him home but then when he got back he said 'Nessa was coming over so that made me feel a little better. His homelife may suck but everyone knows how I need my alone time. Also I get tired of people if I see them all the time. I guess I could handle him more if I had other friends that I saw, but I don't. I'm not sure if that's something I should work on or if that's just me and other people are going to have to just respect that.
Anyhow, I just came up with a really good idea for a shell hemp necklace so I'm going to work on that a little then work on my project that I might finally get to do tomorrow. Yay for back to school. Oh joy.
