most importantly, they charge $3 per word with 2 or more letters but no charge for 1 letter words, so if you want to save $, space out your words & use caps L i k e T h i s and you will only have to pay the minimum personalisation charge of $6 per item. but first 2 words (with 2 or more letters) are free.
