AND CENTRAL IDAHO PANHANDLE. ISOLATED AMOUNTS TO 4 INCHES OVER
THE IDAHO PALOUSE AND VALLEYS ACROSS THE CENTRAL PANHANDLE. 4 TO
8 INCHES IN THE MOUNTAINS OF SOUTHERN SHOSHONE COUNTY IDAHO.
