Only in grad school
Turned in my last paper on monday. Then I went to the PSGSA (Political Sceince Grad Student Association) meeting at Ted's, the local dive.
There's nothing like getting absolutly HAMMERED, and having your professors pick up the tab. ^.^
Meanwhile I'm packing up my dorm room, to deposit all the stuff in my new apartment. Heading to San An this weekend. There is a new teacher orientation on May 10th, which I *should* return for, but my boss gave me the go-ahead to blow it off if I need to. Still, I'm kinda loathe to pay a month's rent and not get most of the month out of it. That and I really don't want to spend much time in San Antonio. There's people I want to see, and see lots of, but career-wise there is nothing left for me in the town.
