I don't think the color of the tower needs to be described because towers are always stone and grey. Sometimes, to indicate the tower is made of stone, the masonry is described as well as the mortar ("masoned sable" if the mortar is black).
Knight Valiant's device: (and this is my biggest guess)
Agent, three snakes proper nowed
(on a white/silver background, three realistic snakes in a knot)
I'm not sure if the snakes are nowed (in a knot) or entwined.
