Absinthe!
I'm not a big drinker, but for years--since before it was legal again in the US--I've wanted to try absinthe. Well, our gamer brought some over today with the pizza he brought for dinner. So I finally got to try it. I knew I didn't like the taste of licorice before we began, but ugh! This was like drinking Nyquil, which I never thought of as tasting like licorice, only it didn't stick to my teeth. All three of us would sip it and make horrid faces.
But it was a pretty cloudy green after we added the sugar and water.
Now we just have to find another half dozen friends to finish the bottle. It's a pretty bottle. I'll post pictures when we get them off the camera.
