April Project
My April job may be done (right on time). There's a few days before the next one starts.
I had this impulse to go stand in the rain storm and get soaked, but the deluge slacked off before I got changed and downstairs. I got dampened. Ah well. The evaporating water is cooling anyway.
The other day I had a friend put down my interests and activities as "not real" mostly because they weren't about her, so far as I can tell. Aren't I allowed to pick who my friends are? This was coming from someone whom I have also never met face to face, though we talked on the phone a few times back in the day. I am still seething. I've worked so hard to be more social on all fronts. The life I lead online is as much a part of that as anything else is. And I met my Cantropos through roleplaying (yes, I met him at work but we would never have spoken to one another if it weren't for RP). Don't anyone dare to tell me that my social and leisure activities aren't "real"! Especially as part of emotional blackmail. I'm not going there.
