For about 6 weeks now I have had trouble with my hands, and in particular, my left wrist

I understand that. I've been trying to Do All the Things, those things that will make me more employable and visible and all. What's happened is that I got too stressed out and had to go lie down for a day or two. All better now, though. I'm glad you're feeling better, too. Let's get jobs, OK?

Today some of the swelling is gone, which of course feels much better.
