Reviews

I have received a wonderful review for her second novel, Tomorrow’s Memories, over at BSC Review. TM is the sequel to Yesterday’s Dreams and is the continued tale of Kara O’Keefe, a first-generation Irish-American with Sidhe blood in her veins and magic in her music. “Danielle Ackley-McPhail seems to get better with every book […] I didn’t want [Tomorrow’s Memories] to end, and I’m looking forward to reading the third novel of the trilogy.”-Professor Crazy, BSC Review

Guest Blog -

This week I was a featured on author Chris Redding’s blog with an excerpt from my story Emberling, which appears in the Dark Quest Books anthology, Dragon’s Lure. Emberling is set in my Last of the Celdraig series, which recounts the restoration of dragons to the world of men. The sequel to this story is In The Runes, which appears in Rum and Runestones, by Dragon Moon Press. An as yet unaccepted story, By Silent Spell Caught, is under consideration for Spells and Swashbucklers, also by Dragon Moon Press.

Today, on the Bad-Ass Faeries blog, we features a guest post from one of the rising stars of genre fiction. If Bernie Mojzes doesn’t skyrocket in his career, it won’t be because of lack of originality, imagination, or skill. The man is brilliant-most of the time-and beyond original. I didn’t make him what he is, but I like to think I discovered him, and like a guilty pleasure, I just had to share. One lucky commenter will receive a free ecopy of one of Bernie’s stories, excerpts of which can be found at www.badassfaeries.com/bmojzes.htm.
