My Life
It’s been a pretty long time since I’ve updated, but then again I’m a pretty busy man. Lately I’ve been busy everyday except Thursdays, that day being the only day of the week I don’t have school or work. I’m commuting from Austin to San Marcos three, sometimes four times a week, which really sucks because I’m losing a lot of sleep from it. My body just isn’t used to working on 4 and 5 hours of sleep a night.
I also find myself staying longer and longer at school, not just to study and be with my friends, but also to get away from home. My parents aren’t getting along anymore and I don’t want any part of it. My dad has been sleeping on the couch for the past couple of weeks now and has just seemed strange lately, and so has my mom. So I’ve been finding things to distract myself from my family.
School has been pretty good so far. My classes aren’t that bad; my music class is really easy, but hard enough so that I am learning stuff, my history class sucks cus I have to read a lot, and it’s hard; my political science class isn’t that bad, but is boring as hell, but Xavier is in that class with me so that helps, and my English class is surprisingly un-boring. I’ve made a lot of friends there, especially in Arnold Hall, where Conor and Xavier stay…hopefully I can move there next semester. The hills have been keeping me in shape and they also have a nice Rec center, which I need to go to more often.
If you haven’t heard from Ramon or one of us yet I’ve been making beats and The Rx Family has a site at http://www.purevolume.com/therxfamily …we’ll soon be adding more tracks and probably adding a couple more people who can wreck the mic. Well there’s my live in a nutshell: School and work, and making beats on the side.
