im an aunt....again!!
My brother sherdy and his wife sarah had their baby this morning..a little girl..rachel louise patterson..even though thats very exciting..rachel and sarah need your prayers..rachel is 5 weeks early and the reason shes here this early is cuz sarah developed very high blood pressure that was effecting her liver and kidneys so she went into the hospital early..they were letting her still go through labor and try to give birth naturally but sarah then went through a cesure..and they had to rush her in for an emergency c-section..and if that wasnt enough..since the baby is so early and the lungs are the last thing to develop they had to put her on a ventilator to help her breath cuz she wasnt doing very well on her own..and sarah is in sergical icu and is on a lot of morphine..i believe rachel was about 5lbs and i dont know how long..sarah was able to see the baby once but they had to take rachel to another hospital better suited for the care she needs..so sherdy is with sarah right now and he is needing to be strong for both of the girls in his life..please pray for strength..this is now the 2nd baby incident in our family and believe it or not my nephew silas was born a year ago next month and then we had to go through that whole thing..so its around the same time and its another bad situation involving our babies..so keep my whole family in your prayers but especially sherdy, sarah, and little rachel..thanks. ♥
