Just posting to say, I have been following this ever since you wrote the DI Dances (back when I didn't have an LJ account) and it always makes my week when you update. I've refrained from commenting because I don't think anything I could say would be able to communicate exactly how absorbing I find this multi-crossover genius fic of yours, so ...

I love this! I love it all, every single chapter, Jack and Sam's messed up relationship, all of the brilliant crossovers, the descriptions and explanations of how magic works, the wonderful worlds and cities, and how humanised and thoughtful your characters are in them. I get the sense that there's a lot of thought behind what you're writing.

Anyway, creepy long-time stalker fan here just saying thanks for this amazing series :)

And aww, Sam wanting desperately to be useful.

Thank you! I have to say, it always makes my week when someone comments - I feel a little like every time I toss another canon into the pot, my feasible audience shrinks a little more. (And I wish I could churn out chapters a lot faster, but with all the things I'm working on, other projects often jostle this one off my radar until something calls my attention back to it. Definitely never feel shy about commenting. :) )

Poor Sam. Poor Sam and his maladjusted coping mechanisms. At least there's no real chance his father will get involved this time.

I found it when I was lurking the Life on Mars fandom, and it's stayed in my head over the years. I lost it for a while, and then when I found myself thinking about it I googled all these combinations of words to try and find it again. Haha! I'm weird. But you'd updated so it was worth it.

And yes I admit I only know surface details about some of the crossovers, but to be honest I don't that takes anything away from the story. Maybe it's helping me see things from Sam's POV? Idk. Sorry for being shy! That's just me, I'm afraid. But I'm saying it now so I've fixed it!
