I unfortunately will be heading to Florida in the morning with my mom and brother to meet up with my father in Chipley. (aka farm country florida)
My grandmother passed away last night - and so the visitation is tomorrow and funeral Sunday.
My grandmother as of the past (almost) 10 yrs. hasn't known who I was. It's been a hard road, and many times they've thought she wouldn't make it - - - but she showed them ...
She leaves this world at the age of 92.
I worry about my Papa (age 91) - they've been together forever. She passed at their house. And apparently, today, he's been real pushy.
I know he's a stubborn ol'man though ... and I hope he'll continue living a healthy life for many more years.
I will only be so lucky to live that long ... and with a caring man by my side to hold my hand when I need it.
