Goals met

Over the course of the last three months I have lost 21 lbs, an inch off my waist, 5.5 inches off my hips, 3 inches off my left thigh, 2 inches off my right thigh, 2 inches off my left bicep and an inch off my right bicep.

This is all due to changing my diet (and partially thanks to weeklong).  Now all I need to do is actually start exercising on a regular basis and I'll be all set.  I hit my first goal, which makes me very happy.  My second goal is going to be a little more difficult, as is requires a loss of about 38 more pounds, but given my success to date and the minimal effort put in to date, I don't think it'll be too difficult as long as I step up my ambition.
