Next week is going to be busy.
Got this work weekend, next week, then the following work weekend... then it's Japan time. We've still got a lot of stuff left to get done which will all fall into 'do it next week' since it's too late now. Such as:
- Packing!
- Doing enough laundry to be ABLE to pack.
- Buying a few more gifts! Annie's informed me that gift giving is pretty much a necessity for the various people who are showing us hospitality over the course of our trip, which makes perfect sense to me.
- Changing some America Money into Yen so we have cash to use!
- Figuring out a rough budget so we have some sort of an idea on how much money to change.
- Attempting to get over my crippling fear of unfamiliar human beings! (That one's a personal challenge only.)
- Probably some other stuff!
...oh yeah, gotta ask a co-worker friend of ours if he can stop by a few times to check on the cats while we're out, too. Hopefully that won't be a problem.
