You'd have thought that waking up after consuming 2/3s of a bottle of (fake) Sothern Comfort the previous night that I'd feel like shit. Strangely, this is not true. Another oddity is that I wasn't really that drunk last night, I'm fairly sure that I remember all of it, which makes a change. All in all, it was a pretty fun night really. Even if I was loud, obnoxious and swore a hell of a lot.

The idea was to have a BBQ at Fraz's and settle down and watch the France and Brazil games. Ross, Callo and myself got there way before everyone else (Ross and I helped with the Asda going and Callo go dragged on the way back) and so went to play football in a park. It started raining, quite heavily actually, but we played on. Ross demonstrated his astounding volleying and falling over skills (it has to be noted that I am no better) and then kicked the ball under a car where it was promptly squashed.

One brief trip home later to get changed and the rain had stopped. Sadly both football matches were amazingly awful, but that was fine as no one really watched them anyway. Highlights include girlish whispers between Sarah and Louise ("pspppsppsppspst ROSS pspspsssppppssppt"), the news that a 'Scottish' rap had been devised, chatting randomly to Kathryn (who seemed, well, far less miserable than the last time I saw her) and watching Short Circuit Two! Top lines include...

"NUMBER JOHNNY FIVE!"

"Oscar, you will not get away! I am really PISSED OFF! "

Honestly, it's a classic film. For some reason I have "Hips Don't Lie" stuck in my head this morning. Odd.
