BAPHL 5 post-mortem
Rob wrote about BAPHL 4 in a post-mortem, so I figured I'd do the same thing for ours.
We on plugh ran BAPHL 5 on April 21; this was actually the first non-Mystery Hunt on site event that I was involved in organizing. It was also the first event I've written for which had to handle two answers per puzzle and also a "no internet" rule. I was ( ... ) -
Hunt 2012: A musical experience
So Mystery Hunt 2012 happened and it was a pretty good event. This year's event plot extended the plot of The Producers leading us to be script writers writing a series of flop musicals. I had a lot of fun overall ( ... )Leave a comment ( 1 )

Some last minute album listening ended up moving two new albums into my top ten list, but I guess this is the list for the year now.

The August/September puzzle events
From mid-August to September were quite a variety of puzzle events that I participated in. First CISRA hunt 2011 for a week in August followed by a Saturday event BAPHL 4. Then the Microsoft hunt simulcast was mid-September and the SUMS hunt 2011 was late September.

Battle of the 3s
It's been a bit of time since both DASH 3 (April 30) and BAPHL 3 (May 14), but I still wanted to write about them a bit. It was interesting having both of those events here just two weeks apart ( ... ) -
Hunt 2011: Our princess is... somewhere else
I haven't really been certain what to write about this Mystery Hunt (whose plot followed the kidnapping of Peach at Mario and Peach's wedding and tours through the world of Mario, Mega Man, Zelda, Civ, and Katamari Damacy with a final stop in Portal) to be honest. Thanks for a Mystery Hunt
There are a lot of people I would thank for putting on our Mystery Hunt. Everyone on the team did a lot and we couldn't have done it without all of us; we're not a big team so it takes all the effort from everyone to manage to put on an event as big as the hunt. Still, there are a couple of people I'd particularly like to thank.

Favorite albums of 2009
I always think it's kind of weird that Best of the Year things come out in early December since there's still the whole month of December left, but it seems like sites like to ask for your opinion of the best of the year early. Anyway, I guess I can update this if I end up adding more ( ... ) -
