Well we got back yesterday and found out that things werent as good as neighbors had led us to believe. The windows in the north and west side of our house had been blown out and there was water mold and mildew damage throughout. The house is probably going to be a total loss. We are looking for a place to stay, as of last night we stayed with my sister in law and her husband but their kids will be home tomorrow so we can only stay one more night. I have been calling all the local hotels since I got up with no luck. I talked to Devin T. from work who is staying in Galveston and said that there are some vacancies there. If I cant find anything here I will start calling hotels in that area to see whats available and go from there. I hope you are all safe and ok! Take care and I'll update asap.
