Quite the summer. And frickin fast.
It was good. It had several different parts.
There was Chissy, which was wonderful while it lasted.
There were "the italian's" which was about as stressful as I imagined, but I was glad to have them.
There was the road trip with DJ which I am so pleased to have done. (it gave some purpose and vacational memories to it all). Plus Tahoe was gorgeous, I got to see the capital, and Yosemite was beautiful as well.
And now it's coming to a close Really fast. I have the majority of my things purchased and prepared for Boston, and after moving DJ in yesterday it is all too real for comprehension. It's not that I want to be back in high school or that I'm dying to stay here in good ol' Temecula it's just strange leaving it all behind. I started back here 369 days ago and hated it and now am sad to flee. It was an exceptional year.
Today...
For being so lazy I've been quite productive and it's only 6. Watched "The Men" (Brando's debut) and "21 Grams" (Sean Penn is so brilliant in everything) and finished The Kite Runner (SO depressingly fantastic), 4+ miles at the gym (exhausted), and I think I am going out after I cook dinner or staying in and watching a movie. My parents offered to take me to see Josh Groban tonight, but I've been on the road every single day as long as I can remember, so I decided not to go.
Alas, I am off in 3 days 3,000 miles away a single college film major excited and not-so-ready for the real world.
