I hope that all my friends and their pets on the eastern seaboard of the US stay safe and that the hurricane doesn't do much damage. Thinking of our NC and DC friends right now.
Bloomberg is about to give a speech in Brooklyn. He's actually shutting down the NYC subway sometime this afternoon. missjanette, do you and Mothra have to evacuate?
Someone is coming to board up our windows at Aldo. I have Sunday off, but everyone else is on alert. Most likely, we will not open for business that day. This is supposed to last a good 18 hours once it hits, even if it is downgraded to a tropical storm by the time it hits Boston.
