--- This is simply untrue. There was a time that I would wake up at 5:00AM every morning so that I could walk 30 mins out of my way to this girl's busstop to wait with her for about 1-4 mins until her bus picked her up, still having to walk another 30 mins to school. You cannot say that I did not make her happy at my own expense. Sure, I could have just seen her after school and all, but I wished to give her something to remember, a good memory to look back on when she's older to make her smile. Another time, I walked about 90 mins to pick up my bike at a friend's so that I could ride it to Connelsville on a Sunday Night before school. All this to throw rocks at a girl's window to make her happy because she missed me. Those are ~just two~ examples from my own experience, other people have gone far out of their way to make me happy wanting nothing in return. I probably wouldn't have said a thing had it not been for the capitilization and emphasis on "no one". ;)
