so Thursday night i get off work early and figure i should get my first goodnight of sleep in weeks. I walk out in lobby only to find Mr. Hunter being his hilaroius self. Seeing as how he was eating alone i decided to join him, since i had ordered a feast(grill chicken no mayo & parfait)and had no one to feast with. It was very enjoyable. We talked of many things including a trip to Chicago, funny drunks, and the telling of all the kids in a candy store that thier parents just died. To close this evening of evenings i magically opened a door at Mcdonald's(please don't tell, Frank a.k.a. Mr. Foster, because he will assume i am a witch and tell everyone to burn me)and Mr. Hunter invited me to the movies(This venture would be "totally heterosexual" Mr. Hunter promised). I respectfully declined this enticing offer, but Mr. Hunter would not take no for an answer. So i told him it might be possible.
Friday Nathan tells me "You are cOming with me tonight."(yeah i thought the exact same thing when he said it to me too, he is finally exiting the closet)Frightened, contemplating running i summed up my courage and with high hopes for the sake of what would have been an ended friendship i asked, "Where might we be going?" he(to my relief) quickly responed with "We are going to hang out with Sarah tonight." Wait, let me first explain Sarah. Sarah is Nathan's kissing friend who he occasionally takes on dates, but by no means is his girlfriend. Nathan, i believe wants to break up with this girl who is not his girlfriend, but says he can not hurt her feelings(Nathan+ "I have a concsious"= liar: was my initial thought, but he is a great friend so i give him the benefit of the doubt). I believe the concealed motive of this outing was to get Sarah to end relations with him. so Nathan comes to my residence after school. He calls Sarah and tells her we can not go to the basketball game with her(we have to see a movie with Mr. Hunter) and then asks if she would like to hang out before. "Wait I'm confused" she replies in an slightly airheaded, slightly sweet, but mostly annoying voice. After Nathan explains it for the 5th time it seems to stick. We then head out to Noblesville's Wal-mart, our place of meeting. Nathan of course heads directly for the car section. After laughing at the gay guys who giggling and daring each other to go talk to Nathan, I started thinking i should help my friend end his relationship by playing the cynical, sarcastic, asshole role that depending on who you ask i am very good at(i dare you to ask kailee cooper). just then my cell phone rings. It is Sarah. she asks where we are.i say in the entertianment section. she in the same voice only more annoying this time asks "Well, where is that?" I having made my decision reply "Underneath the big sign that says ENTERTIANMENT on it." she thanks me and hangs up the phone. Upon meeting her she tells she is afraid of this Wal-mart because her teacher told her that if she wanted to feel good about herself come to this Wal-mart. for those of us who grew up poor i was inclined to say FUCK YOU PREPPY BITCH. I refrained. Sarah tells us we have to pick Kristine. this one is smarter than she sounds. we arrive at Kristine's mansion to wake her from her afternoon nap. she seemED like a soft sweet girl, but i know this is a trick to make a good first impression. we get into the car and embark on the first part of nathan's plan: go to see his mother. on the car ride i find something out girls from HSE are used to asshole and IMMUNE TO SARCASM. They tell me i am intellegent because of my sarcastic remarks. damn they are good. at Nathan's mom's they make themselves right at home.i talk to kristine about morals. she is pretty cool to bad she is taken, mormon, and blonde. She tells me rated R movies make her sick (no longer cool) and that she is breaking up with her boyfriend when he goes on his mission for the church(that relationship has some substance) at least she does what makes her happy unlike most(does it seem like i am being nice to her, i think maybe because she told me that i seem motivated which we all know is a lie). after Nathan's mom's house we all go and get something to eat. a Mandy joins us. we engage in "deep" conversation. "deep" because we say we are looking for something beyond the physical in a relationship, which i have known for a long time and do not consider "deep." They tell Nathan he is not at all self-centered and how moral he is. They tell me i am intellectual and sweet. They are good at this game they play. I now see why Nathan has so much trouble breaking up with Sarah(the girlfriend he doesn't have). Mr. Hunter never called we didn't get home until midnight and we both had to work in the morning.
