Rose blinked at him, smiling just a little. Without thinking, she ran to him, throwing her arms around him. "I missed you." she whispered, holding onto him tightly.

[dalekkiller]

He smiled more and wrapped his arms around her, picking her up and twirling her around. He set he back down after spinning a few times.

"How? Why?"

"Well, the other Doctor noticed that I...wasn't really happy. So he told me he'd help me get back to you. He didn't tell me how...I mean, I guess he tried to, but I just nodded at the right times." she explained, her hands still on his forearms. "How have you been? You look...tired."

[dalekkiller]

He moved some hair out of her face as he looked down at her. "What are you talking about? Never better!" Okay, clearly a lie. Even though the radiation was gone, he still had to recover. But he didn't want to tell her that, didn't want her to worry.

"You're an awful liar. But I missed you." Rose said, pulling away a little. "Are you alone?"

[dalekkiller]

"It's just us, and the TARDIS." He pulled her closer once again.

"I've missed you too, Rose Tyler."

[schlechter_wolf]

Rose smiled up at him, laying her head on his chest. "I'm not going anywhere, you know. You're stuck with me now."

[dalekkiller]

He ran a hand through her hair, and placed a kiss on the top of her head.

"I'm sorry. So sorry." He should have kept her with him, instead of trying to send her back. But he only did what he thought would be best for her. To keep her safe, and alive.
