More inane wibbling.
My natural optimism has surfaced as I knew it would. See, for me the glass is always half full - otherwise what's the point?
First up, my dearest Flist you are so wonderful, I don't know what I'd do without you. I can't tell you what a warm and fuzzy feeling you gave me and it really, really helps. I am going to see mum's specialist on Wednesday, boss has given me carte blanche to do what I need to do. I have wibbled on at great length these past couple of days and you've all been great. Thank you so much Ana, C, S, B, Jess and my lovely Lexi-girl whose birthday I am running terribly late with.
Time to move on because ... I still can't find the notebook with the ideas for Walk on By in, which is a pain because I wanna nail that sucker. I have an idea for a fairy tale starring Simon Le Bon and my Ian McKellen muse. It's chipping away at my brain but I need to put WoB to bed. Where the fuck is it? And I tidied up the living room yesterday - in honour of my forthcoming visitor *g* Tomorrow I will break out with the hoover!!!!!
Last thing - some of you may have heard me say I was going to do Glastonbury this year ... well, at £133 I don't think I can afford it, I mean by the time we've bought everything else as well, is gonna be the best part of £300 and I have a notion to go to Paris to see Duran Duran however... The V Festival in Chelmsford, 30 minutes walk from parental home has this line up
