Dictate swift-winged words, and fear not
To unfold your dark visions of torment.
William Blake, The First Book of Urizen

In early May they returned from the south, the swifts, which live since generations under the roof of this big old house. They swarm round this house all day long, screaming their sharp sounds, diving through the air stream. I feel like someone in an ivory tower, alone with all these swifts.

I learned that swifts never touch the ground, they're always in the air: motion is life.

I am like the swifts, not grounded. Ich hänge in der Luft. But I hang in balance, not at poise. That's what I like.

Cum grano salis: I am also a double air sign - Aquarius & Libra.
