(no subject)
Hey guys.
Ok this is just a 'hey i'm ok' post in case anyone (although i don't know how) has heard what went down.
We uh managed to roll the landrover yesterday morning going round a windy road up a mountain. Everyone was ok, whiplash, cuts etc. Little old me however was sitting in the back left corner of the inward facing back bit of the landrover and as it landed on the roof/side i was right at the bottom under everything and busted my shoulder/neck. A quick trip to Machakos hospital and a few x-rays later and luckily my collar bone wasn't broken but just to be sure I went to Nairobi (two hours in a bumpy taxi) to double check it. A few more x-rays later, a quick visit to the physio dept. and one neck brace later and i was given the all clear.
If you thought just being white and wandering about was attracting me attention then try being white and having a luminous yellow and pink neck brace on as well! Its not at all amusing!
Just letting people know because there's a chance it could be in the news/papers etc and dont want anyone to worry. All is good I promise. The brace comes off before i hit the beach so no dodgy tan lines.
Hope everyone is well, i'll be back in the UK in just over a week which i'm both sad and happy about. See you soon!
