Having a career. You can't just quit then, no matter how frustrating people are. Don't get me wrong, I love my job, I love the work, but I loathe about half of the people. Most of the time I force myself to get so absorbed in the work, that I don't think about it. Staying busy almost equates to being happy. I think maybe I need to take some of that paid vacation. In retrospect this seems so stupid, that little things like someone changing the radio station without concideration(I hate country )build up. I think it all comes down to what seems to be a lack of respect. In the shop we have pretty specific jobs... I've done just about everybody else's, and have yet to see anyone try to tackle mine.... I really don't understand the lack of respect from that point, But I'm just a humble city boy, and they are a bunch of country folk.....
anywho on a brighter note, the toaster PC is almost running. I had a HD failure and will need to go buy another one, and then finnish a few mods to the toaster before I can put the motherboard and drives in, but all in all, it should be finished next week. I love Mini-itx. And to think I spent a couple of weeks debating on getting a rodent and a full tower to turn the case into an animal habitat that I saw on think-geek.com Bah, toaster wins. Fatality.
