Hmmm......
As I write this I am on the 17th floor of the World Trade Center.
I notice the date is 11th September.
I am strangely amused by this fact.

In other news I drove round a few corners and stopped at stop signs and so have a full US driving license.
For anyone who wants to take the test in Colorado, you need to be able to do the following:
- Reverse out of a parking spot (this may not be necessary if you start tail in.)
- Drive around at a max speed of 30mph.
- Stop at stop signs.
Things that you don't need to worry about:
- Dealing with any other road user.
- Emergency stop
- Any form of maneuver more complex than getting into a parking space in an empty parking lot. (The spaces are designed for US style trucks so don't worry about accuracy)
- If you require glasses and they break just before the test then don't worry. They never check your eyesight, and since you don't need to worry about other road users or reading signs just pretend that you have contacts or something, and you'll still be fine.
- Driving a car with manual transmission. Pass on an automatic since it's easier and if you want a manual figure it out later. You don't need to redo the test.
