Arrrr!
Went to see Pirates yesterday :) Arrrrrrr! And rum!
Of course, there were the usual older ladies sitting in front of kids directly in front of us so that I could only just see - the kids had no chance. And of course this led to the kids moving seats and two chavs coming in late with huge caps sitting right in front of me and blocking my view of the Depp! o_O But apparently it is bad for my karma to solve such problems. And then there were the popcorn maniacs and the whisperers and the cell phones... we moved down the front and chose back and neck cramp instead :O) Great film which had some stunningly funny bits in it though!
Also saw some cheesy films from the Play sale over the weekend - Fright Night and Swingers (the latter being better than I remembered it a wee bit) :) And saw a new pirating advert on one of the DVDs - apparently if you pirate a film* not only do you get a worse picture quality, but you miss out on the cinema experience! (the advert actually had some tw*t jumping up in the middle of a crowd of horrifyingly excitable people and going "Woot". I ask you, "Woot"? And he lived through it (unless they cut that bit for the advert))
