I let my Paid Account status on LJ expire yesterday.
I realise that it was only 5 months ago that I planned to keep posting to LJ about once per month. However, very soon after I said that, they did some rather extensive changes to LJ that I REALLY DID NOT LIKE. Several things were broken for months, and for what? An ugly re-imaging? I'm not paying for that.
Even their information on usable userpics when your account status changes is incorrect. Frequently Asked Question #193. What happens if the maximum number of userpics for my account changes? It says that "LiveJournal selects your active userpics by choosing your default userpic, if any, and the userpics you used most in your journal entries over the last two months." However, what it actually did was pick the first 6 userpics I ever created, and left me with NO default userpic. I don't even feel like trying to fix it now. Whatever...
