Road trip!

Well, not really. We're only driving for about an hour. So, what's going on? Well, Mom and I are going to a dinner in Reading. What kind of dinner? Well, it's part of the World Series trophy's tour of Pennsylvania! Yes, the World Series trophy goes on tour. We get to not only see the World Series trophy, but get a professionally taken photo with it. There's the typical drinks and food, and also Charlie Manuel (the Phillies manager), Harry Kalas (our own Hall of Fame broadcaster, one of the classic voices in sports), and a few of the players will be there. Plus, it's a charity dinner, so the money we spent on going to the dinner goes to Baseballtown Charities, which is an organization in Reading that funds sports programs for inner city youth.
