...a birthday party, not a house party, at pub(s) (thank god). I'm going to a party and I will have fun. I'm going to a party and will be social, talk with people I don't know, and enjoy myself. Must keep reminding brain that parties are meant to be fun, not chores forcing you interact with other human beings.
