Job search update
22 applications. 10 outcomes still unknown. 9 official rejections. 2 application closing date not yet past. 1 position not being filled at this time.
I am registered with a publishing recruitment agency now, but I'm not too hopeful about that.
As culf says, it only takes one, so I'll just keep plugging away and maybe something will come up. My managers for the part-time job are still trying to convince the company to become a Tier 2 sponsor (though I doubt that will actually happen).
Dissertation is due next Friday and the whole new flat thing is nearly sorted, so October (minus the impending move and push to finish the entire novel) should be calmer than August and September.
Now I need to get back to that dissertation...
