yeah, so hurricanes... they suck. i just got power back yesterday, only to realize that i'm about to loose it again this weekend thanks to Ivan the Worriable. as if Frances Slowvances Minimansus wasn't bad enough.
in other news, i'm pretty toasy now after just ghetting back from watching Troy University whoop some Missouri bootay. football is so much fun to watch, especially when your friend is playing in the game. it's like "Where's Waldo?" the ESPN version.... "there he is... oooh there... there he is again! give him the ball damnit!" so i went to Bud Murphys bar with new friend Rhiannon, and proceded to convert every one around me to Troy fans, underdogs are always fun to root for anyway. Now i'm just waiting for the inevtable beer nap to ensue, but figured i should sign in to let everyone know i'm still alive down here.
everybody keeps asking, aren't you getting out? fuck no. this is my home, like it or not sometimes, but if shits going to go wrong i want to be here to help out and fix it as soon as possible. it's kind of a firefighter complex i guess if you needed a point of reference... speaking of which, how much does FX's new show "Rescue Me" kick ass? love the Dennis Leary. now i just need George Carlin to make a show about police officers and my life will be sarcastically complete.
