I'm thankful to our Lord Jesus - 2006 #15 and Last in this Series

I'm thankful and trying to be thankful for all the difficulties and troubles in my life along with seeing the things that I cherish falling apart. For those things are helping to mold me (many times in ways that I don't even yet realize) into what God wants me to be and molding the world into the shape He wants it to be to ultimately achieve His perfect ends. It is a tremendously difficult thing to be thankful for, but our omnipotent and all-knowing God knows infinitely more than I and all the rest of the people in the world know.

In 1st Thessalonians 5:18 Paul writes: "..give thanks in all circumstances for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you." (Revised Standard Version)

I hope all of you had a wonderful Thanksgiving day.
