Here is a recipe that is really good, not quite as good as my late Mother-inlaws though...
Peanut Butter Balls
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup chocolate chips
2 to 3 cups or more of icing sugar
Mix icing sugar and peanut butter together until mixture has a dough like texture
Roll into balls and put in fridge. Melt chips and when the balls are hard then dip in chocolate. Return to fridge to set chocolate and then enjoy...
