When a friend said that she got lot more things done after her 2nd one I thought, "yeah, when they're old enough to play with each other and can feed themselves, sure!". But now I see what she means...it's like the mind is reprogrammed to make split-second decisions, prioritize things and you find yourself doing things faster than you could possibly imagine (eating your own meals and showering for example). Personally, I was in a half-depressed state for 3 months after Elin so I know what you mean about handing over to Daddy.

Anyway, Maya is 5 months old so things are *a lot* easier than with a baby as little as Audrey. And I'm a lot more "relaxed" as a parent with #2 than I was with the first one.

I'm using a Baby björn bought 2nd hand. I prefer it to the sling because it give me greater mobility. But I used the sling in the beginning because the baby could sleep horizontally in it. I read you have an Ergo? Been thinking about getting one if it gets baby out of way by wearing her on my back. A ,little hard to dress #1 with #2 hanging in the middle ;)

The Ergo is Daddy's, since I didn't want to scare him with all the intricacies of the other baby carriers. I myself use a Babypouch wrap (similar to the Moby), and last weekend, I bought 2 slings (very cheap second-hand) to try and they've worked really well, almost better than my wrap though (which cost me far more :P )

Baby sleeps pretty well in both the wrap and the sling.. though she fusses when she starts sweating...
